Position: Part-time Native English-speaking Teacher
Job Summary
Deliver engaging, student-centred English lessons following the Centre's curriculum while creating a positive, immersive, and safe English-speaking learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality English lessons using the Centre's curriculum and methodology.
- Teach 100% in English and encourage active student participation.
- Prepare lessons and teaching materials before class.
- Monitor student progress and complete required assessments and reports.
- Maintain effective classroom management and ensure student safety.
- Record attendance and complete teaching documentation on time.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow the Centre's policies and professional standards.
Requirements
- Native English-speaking teacher.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Passionate about teaching young learners.
- Our students are primarily kindergarten and primary school children, with only a small number of older learners.
- Previous experience teaching young learners is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a valid work permit in Vietnam.
- Willing to commit to a minimum one-year employment contract.
Working Hours
- Part-time based on the assigned teaching schedule.
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the first assigned class.
