Full Time ESL Instructor Busan

Leeds English Academy is looking for dedicated ESL instructors who prioritize structured teaching, accountability, and student progress. Located in Seomyeon, Busan, we are committed to improving students' English skills and fostering their overall development. Our curriculum emphasizes grammar-based speaking, reading-to-output instruction, and long-term progress. We offer a respectful work environment, open communication, and value input from our teachers.

Responsibilities

• Teach small group classes (maximum of 8 students; advanced classes capped at 4+1)
• Follow the academy curriculum emphasizing grammar-based speaking and reading-to-output instruction
• Track and support long-term student progress
• Maintain open communication with administration and contribute to program improvement

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM
• 5 classes per day

Qualifications

• Native English speakers preferred
• Eligible for E-2 visa sponsorship; F-visa holders are also encouraged to apply
• Commitment to student progress and long-term teaching
