Full-Time English Teacher in Zhongli

Kid Castle is seeking a dedicated English teacher to join our team in Zhongli, conveniently located near the Taoyuan HSR. This full-time position involves teaching elementary school students from Grade 1 to 6 and creating a dynamic, supportive learning environment.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 13:30 to 18:30
• Occasionally, there may be evening shifts, but the total weekly hours will remain unchanged.

Teaching Details

• 20 teaching hours per week
• Class length: 120 minutes with a 15-minute break
• Maximum of 12 students per class
• Teaching materials are provided

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: NT$70,000 to NT$75,000, including a NT$5,000 full-attendance bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere
• Monitor and report on student progress
• Maintain discipline and manage student behavior
• Communicate with staff regarding student performance
• Participate in meetings and school events
• Assist in hiring and training new staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Taiwan
• Intermediate Chinese proficiency for communication with administrators and parents
