French Teacher for British Section
About this position
Windfield International School, located in Koh Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand, is looking for a dedicated and passionate French Teacher to join our British Section. The ideal candidate will inspire students to gain confidence and proficiency in the French language while creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality French lessons in accordance with the British curriculum.
- Enhance students' skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Establish an inclusive, engaging, and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification or relevant teaching certification.
- Experience teaching French, ideally within an international or British curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Fluency in French with a good command of English.
- Passion for working in a multicultural environment with children.
