Food and Beverage Instructor

The International Hotel and Tourism Industry Management School (iTIM), located in Bangkok, is seeking a qualified Food and Beverage Instructor to join our institution. Established in 1988 and authorized by the Private Education Commission (OPEC) of the Thai Ministry of Education, iTIM offers diploma programs in hotel and tourism management.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Restaurant Services, Beverage Operation, Restaurant Management, and related subjects following the course outline.
• Develop teaching materials, including teaching plans, lesson plans, activity plans, handouts, and examination papers.
• Use a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, activities, and homework review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, hotel management, or restaurant management is required. Graduates from Swiss hotel schools are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in 5-star hotels. Teaching experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is essential to ensure the accuracy of instructional materials.
• Candidates should be pleasant, personable, well-groomed, and skilled in social etiquette.
