About Us

Western International School was founded in western Honduras, Santa Rosa de Copán. We are a bilingual institution that began with one campus in Santa Rosa de Lima.

After the success of our first campus, we expanded to San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa.

Our mission is to improve education in our country by offering an integrated education that includes academic excellence, scientific research, guidance in developing liberal arts and other skills, and the reinforcement of moral values.

We work hard to build a team of teachers committed to continuous improvement, and we aim to support our students every day.

We treat our teachers with respect and support them by working as a team and looking out for one another. We also do all we can to help teachers adapt to our culture and educational system in the best possible way.
