The English teacher will support the school's philosophy of education through instruction and example and provide lessons that meet students' requirements, interests, and capabilities. English Teacher Salary and Benefits:

• Start Date: August 2026
• Salary: $2,500 - 3,500 USD per month, tax-free
• Annual airfare for teacher and 2 dependents

English School Teacher Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Secondary Education in English
• Valid teaching license
• Preferred 1–2 years of experience; new graduates welcome to apply
• Proficient knowledge of teaching strategies and methods

English School Teacher Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and supervision for students
• Help students progress academically within the curriculum and teach problem-solving strategies
• Teach assigned classes diligently and follow the prescribed curriculum
• Assist in developing and selecting curriculum, instructional materials, and supplies
• Evaluate and report on student progress as requested by the Principal
• Encourage lifelong learning
• Maintain accurate records of academic and behavioral performance
• Participate in conferences with parents and keep records in the prescribed format
• Promote respect for religion and Islamic moral principles and other virtues
• Provide direction and support for student activities and after-school clubs
• Promote the American Creativity Academy positively at all times
• Foster cooperation and coordination among staff
• Attend teacher meetings and conferences as directed by the Principal
• Refer students in difficulty to designated support personnel
• Return documentation, reports, and school property when employment ends
• Use textbooks approved by the Board of Trustees and Ministry of Education only
• Attend and actively participate in grade-level meetings
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and serve on faculty committees as requested
• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and during breaks
• Follow school policy and procedures
• Maintain and enhance professional competence through in-service training, seminars, and college-level courses
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Principal
