- Native English speaker
- Bachelor's degree in any field (required for the work permit process); Education, Linguistics, or related fields preferred
- Teaching certification (TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and motivated with a long-term career mindset
- Enthusiastic about creating enjoyable, student-centered learning environments
- Independent and proactive in shaping the classroom experience
- Willingness to relocate to Konya and join a multicultural team
- Spanish and/or German is a plus
- Prior experience preparing students for international exams and experience with the Direct Method are advantages; candidates with proven exam preparation experience will be given priority
