What You'll Do

• Teach students of various age groups, from young learners to adults
• Deliver interactive, communication-focused lessons
• Create engaging, student-centered learning environments
• Prepare students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, OET)
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic projects
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Who We're Looking For

• Native English speakers with a passion for education
• Bachelor's degree in any field (required for the work permit process); Education, Linguistics, or related fields preferred
• Teaching certification (TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and motivated educators
• Enthusiastic about creating enjoyable, student-centered learning environments
• Independent and proactive in shaping their classroom experience
• A long-term career mindset and willingness to relocate to Konya
• Spanish and/or German is a plus
• Prior experience preparing students for international exams is an advantage; candidates with proven exam preparation experience will be given priority
• Experience with the Direct Method is a strong plus

Contract & Term

Minimum one-year contract. This is a full-time, long-term position.
