Qualifications

• Native English speaker and citizen of the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience proven with references.
• ESL teaching certificate (CELTA, TESL/TESOL, DELTA, TEFL, or equivalent). Sponsorship may be available and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an English language discipline is an advantage and may exempt the teaching certificate requirement.
• Agree to a criminal background check.
• Healthy and free from diseases and drug abuse.
• Committed: ready to work under a minimum 10-month contract.
• Professional attitude (discipline/punctuality, appropriate attire, clear communication).
• Genuine interest in teaching.
• Adaptable, cooperative, sociable, and energetic.
• Culturally sensitive.

• Competitive salary — typically higher than other language institutions; the average salary of our teachers is equivalent to managerial positions in banks, with less working time.
