English Teacher in South Korea

RVF International is currently recruiting candidates for public school teaching positions across South Korea through a structured, government-supported program (EPIK). This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or first-time teachers who want to live and work abroad with full support from application to arrival.

Position Overview

• Teachers are placed in public schools throughout South Korea, working alongside Korean co-teachers to support English language learning.
• Positions are available nationwide, including major cities such as Seoul, as well as smaller towns and rural areas.
• Full-time position (up to 40 hours per week, including teaching and desk time)
• Teach English to elementary, middle, or high school students
• Work with a Korean co-teacher in a structured classroom environment
• One-year renewable contract

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: approximately $1,500–$2,000 USD, depending on placement and qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• TEFL/TESOL certification required before departure. If you do not have one, you can complete an accredited TEFL course through RVF.
• Native English speaker or near-native fluency
• Eligible for an E-2 visa
• Clean national background check
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a new culture
• No prior teaching experience is required.
