• Active Classroom Management: Maintain a vibrant, positive, and safe classroom environment that maximizes student talking time (STT) and participation.
• Pedagogical Creativity: Adapt and use visual aids, physical props, and educational games to bring lessons to life, especially for younger learners.
• Student Assessment: Conduct formal and informal speaking or listening assessments, providing constructive feedback to track language acquisition.
• Collaboration: Work with local teaching assistants (TAs) to ensure smooth classroom dynamics, and participate in brief academic meetings or professional development workshops.
