Join our professional team at Ron English Academy in Incheon. We are looking for an experienced English teacher to join our team.
At Ron English, we trust our teachers to lead their classrooms independently through our program while also fostering collaboration, communication, and shared growth within our school community.
Our school philosophy is centered around "Happy, Simple, English," aiming to create a safe, calm, and supportive environment where students can feel comfortable and gradually build confidence in English.
Our curriculum is fully prepared and provided, and teachers are not expected to design core materials. We value guided autonomy, clear structure, and thoughtful instructional decisions.
Qualifications
- Prior teaching experience in Korea
- Enjoy working with elementary students
- Ability to adapt teaching across multiple levels
- From an E-2 eligible country
Responsibilities
- Teach students from grade one to middle school
- Work with classes capped at six to eight students
