About this position
We are currently looking for qualified individuals to join our growing team of oral proficiency evaluators. New hires will conduct speaking evaluation tests for business professionals working in large multinational corporations. This stable and dynamic position offers professional development and extensive experience in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive training and scoring calibration exercises
- On-site interviews and speaking evaluations
- Secondary evaluation of interviews for accuracy
- Test and score analysis reports
- Data entry and other administrative tasks
Location and Schedule
- Based in Seoul, Apgujeong Station
- Business trips throughout Korea are required
- 5 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturdays are required depending on the testing schedule
- Actual working hours may vary depending on the testing schedule
- Start date: ASAP
Qualifications
- Native English proficiency with clear, coherent pronunciation
- Professional demeanor, attitude, appearance, and the ability to conduct oneself appropriately in the environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills for question development and score analysis reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Oral proficiency assessment experience is a plus
- English teaching experience preferred
Minimum Requirements for any of our non-teaching positions
- Must be native English speakers from the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa, and be eligible to work in Korea
- All potential candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor degree from an accredited four-year university located in a country where English is the native language (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa)
- Must have an original diploma notarized with an apostille
- Must have a nationwide criminal background check with an apostille

Salary
About 3 million KRW based on 160 working hours per month. Business trip fee is compensated per company policy. An extra housing stipend of 400,000 KRW will only be available for foreign employees, subject to change depending on working hours.
