English Speaking Test Evaluator

OSP/100C is seeking qualified individuals to join our team of oral proficiency evaluators. New hires will conduct speaking evaluation tests for business professionals working in large multinational corporations. This is an in-person position involving extensive domestic travel. It offers professional development and experience within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training and scoring calibration exercises
• Conduct on-site interviews and speaking evaluations
• Perform secondary evaluation of interviews for accuracy
• Prepare test and score analysis reports
• Data entry and other administrative tasks

Location and Schedule

• Based in Seoul, Apgujeong Station
• Business trips throughout Korea are required
• Five days a week, typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturdays may be required depending on the testing schedule
• Actual working hours may vary due to the testing schedule
• Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications

• Native English speaking proficiency with clear, coherent pronunciation
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and the ability to conduct oneself appropriately in a corporate environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills for question development and score analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Oral proficiency assessment experience is a plus
• English teaching experience preferred

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a native English speaker from USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa and be eligible to work in Korea
• Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor degree from an accredited four-year university located in a country where the native language is English (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa)
• Must have original diploma notarized with an Apostille
• Must have a nationwide criminal background check with an Apostille

Salary

• About 3,000,000 KRW per month based on 160 working hours
• Business trip fees compensated per company policy
• Extra housing stipend of 400,000 KRW available for foreign employees (subject to change depending on working hours)
