About this position

This position is with KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL LINGUISTIC COLLEGE (KILC COLLEGE), a college that provides full-time education in English for school children from Year 9 to Year 12.
At the time of writing, there are over 1,000 students studying at KILC, and we are working to expand this number.
We are now looking for English Teachers and an Italian Teacher.
Teaching Environment:
- Expected start date – early–mid January 2026;
- A supportive international team of approximately 25 English teachers;
- 5 working days with two consecutive days off;
- 24–28 hours of teaching per week.
About You:
- English Teacher: Female/Male native English speaker;
- Italian Teacher: Female/Male native Italian speaker;
- Age range: 23–40;
- Bachelor’s degree (apostilled) is required;
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferred;
- Italian teaching qualification or experience teaching Italian as a Foreign Language is preferred;
- Multicultural awareness and sensitivity, tact, poise and professionalism;
- Willingness to learn and develop as an educator.
Working Conditions:
- Free flight to Astana + airport pick-up;

- After-tax salary: USD 1,000–1,200 per month, based on credentials and experience;
