About Us

KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL LINGUISTIC COLLEGE (KILC COLLEGE) offers a unique teaching opportunity and a competitive CV booster, especially for those wanting to progress in ESL and linguistics. This is our eighth year. KILC provides full-time education in English for school children in years 9 to 12. The college follows the English model rather than the American model. At the time of writing, there are over 1,000 students studying at KILC.

Position

We are looking for English Teachers / Admissions representatives to join our team in Astana.

Teaching environment

• Expected start date – mid February 2026
• A team of approximately 25 English teachers
• Five working days with two consecutive days off
• 24–28 hours of teaching per week

Qualifications

• Female or Male native English speaker
• Ages 23 to 40
• A bachelors degree (apostilled) is required
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA is preferred
• Multicultural awareness and sensitivity, tact, poise and professionalism, and a willingness to learn and develop as an educator
