Responsibilities
- Teach English to kindergarten and elementary students
- Plan engaging lessons and learning activities
- Manage and track student progress
- Communicate with parents about student development
- Organize student events and activities
Qualifications
- 3–15 years of teaching experience
- College degree
- Native-level English proficiency
- Passion for early childhood education and strong teamwork skills
- Preferred: TESOL certification or education-related major (not required)
- Pluses: experience in early childhood education, understanding of different cultures, creative teaching methods, and basic Korean communication skills
