Ron English Geomdan branch in Incheon is hiring an experienced English teacher to begin in March. We seek a teacher who enjoys working with elementary students and has prior teaching experience in Korea. About Us

My name is Trevor Crowe, and I am the co-owner and Academic Director at Ron English. Our classrooms are dynamic, social, and language-rich, emphasizing meaningful interaction for language acquisition. We value teachers who establish structure through clear communication, consistency, and positive relationships rather than strict discipline.

Responsibilities

• Teach elementary-level students across various levels, adapting methods to individual needs
• Deliver provided curriculum while adjusting support for different learners
• Balance interactive speaking activities with quieter reading or writing sessions
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student progress

Key Job Details

• Start Date: Beginning of March
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 7:45 PM
• Teaching Hours: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM (5 × 50-minute classes per day with 10-minute breaks)
• Student Age Group: Elementary
• Class Size: Maximum 8 students per class

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching experience in Korea
• Hold a visa from E-2 eligible countries
