Salary & Benefits
- Start Date: August 2026
- Salary: USD 2,500–3,500 per month (tax-free)
- Airfare: Annual airfare for the teacher and eligible dependent(s)
- Accommodation: Private furnished one-bedroom apartment with all utilities included
- Health Insurance: International health insurance provided
- Vacation: National and school holidays
- Settling-in Allowance: Provided
- Education Allowance: Tuition for up to two dependent children
- Professional Development: PD allowance provided

About American Creativity Academy

Key Responsibilities
As an Elementary or English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction using the approved curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Encourage students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
- Maintain accurate academic and behavioural records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in curriculum planning and instructional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
- Supervise students during class, recess, transitions, and dismissal.
- Support extracurricular activities and after-school clubs.
- Make appropriate referrals for students requiring additional support.
- Follow all school policies, procedures, and Ministry of Education requirements.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and positively represent American Creativity Academy at all times.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.
Qualifications
Elementary Teachers
- Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.
- Valid teaching license.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply).
English Teachers
- Bachelor's Degree in English, English Education, Secondary Education (English), or a closely related field.
- Valid teaching license.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply).
All Applicants Must Have
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of effective teaching strategies.
- A passion for student learning and development.
- The ability to work collaboratively within an international school environment.
