Early Years Homeroom Teacher

Sunny Seeds International Homeschool in Bangkok is urgently seeking a Homeroom Teacher to join our team, working with children aged 2–5 years.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Reggio Emilia or Montessori environments who have a passion for working with young children. The ideal candidate should believe in child-led learning, where teachers support, observe, and guide. We seek someone who is calm, gentle, emotionally warm, understands child development, and has a love for nature, music, and project-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, child-led activities for children aged 2–5 years
• Observe, support, and guide children’s development in a nurturing environment
• Use Reggio Emilia or Montessori-inspired approaches and project-based learning
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with families

Qualifications

• Experience in Reggio Emilia or Montessori settings
• Strong understanding of child development and child-led learning
• Calm, gentle, and emotionally warm manner
• A love for nature, music, and project-based learning
• Clear, natural English accent

Requirements & Important Notes

• Ready to start in February 2026
• Due to Thai staff quota regulations, we cannot provide a visa or work permit until May 2026; this role is suitable for teachers already residing in Bangkok (particularly in the Ramkhamhaeng area) who have families based in Thailand and do not require a visa or work permit from February to May 2026
