Seekers Eco Learning Kids Center is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our small, nature-inspired learning community. If you believe in play-based learning, child-led exploration, and meaningful engagement with young children, this role offers a unique teaching experience — right on the beautiful Red Sea coast.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position. The Early Childhood Educator will:

  • Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
  • Facilitate hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences
  • Create a nurturing, safe, and inspiring classroom environment
  • Support children’s social–emotional development and independence
  • Communicate regularly with parents about progress and well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, supportive school culture

About Us

We are an eco-learning preschool located directly on the beachfront in Marsa Alam, Egypt. Our approach blends inspirations from Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, Montessori, and nature-based education. We work in small groups, valuing warmth, creativity, and connection.

Qualifications

We welcome candidates who have:

  • Strong background in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience with lesson planning and curriculum development
  • Experience working with children aged 3–6
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love of early childhood
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
  • Valid teaching certification (preferred)
  • Languages: English required; Arabic a plus

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with play-based or child-led learning
  • Interest in sustainability, eco-education, or outdoor learning
  • Ability to adapt to a small, evolving school environment
  • Specialization in a subject such as art, science, geography, music, literacy, or environmental studies (strong plus)
