Early Childhood Educator (Ages 3–6) Needed – Beachfront Eco School in Egypt
Location: Marsa Alam, Red Sea, Egypt
Start Date: 11 January 2026 (Term 2)
Seekers Eco Learning Kids Center is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our small, nature-inspired learning community. If you believe in play-based learning, child-led exploration, and meaningful engagement with young children, this role offers a unique teaching experience — right on the beautiful Red Sea coast.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position. The Early Childhood Educator will:
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
- Facilitate hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences
- Create a nurturing, safe, and inspiring classroom environment
- Support children’s social–emotional development and independence
- Communicate regularly with parents about progress and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, supportive school culture
About Us
We are an eco-learning preschool located directly on the beachfront in Marsa Alam, Egypt. Our approach blends inspirations from Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, Montessori, and nature-based education. We work in small groups, valuing warmth, creativity, and connection.

Qualifications
We welcome candidates who have:
- Strong background in Early Childhood Education
- Experience with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Experience working with children aged 3–6
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love of early childhood
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Valid teaching certification (preferred)
- Languages: English required; Arabic a plus
Bonus Skills
- Experience with play-based or child-led learning
- Interest in sustainability, eco-education, or outdoor learning
- Ability to adapt to a small, evolving school environment
- Specialization in a subject such as art, science, geography, music, literacy, or environmental studies (strong plus)
