Chinese Teacher (Kindergarten - Lower Primary) Saint Joseph Mueang-Ake (Rangsit Area - 10 minutes from Don Mueang Airport) Saint Joseph Mueang-Ake is hiring Native Chinese Speaking Teachers for our Kindergarten and Lower Primary programs. Starting on April 19. This is a direct-hire position with the school. **Eligibility Requirement:** • Native Chinese Speakers with high proficiency in Chinese and English • Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree closely related field • Proof of English proficiency (e.g., TOEIC, IELTS) is highly advantageous **Salary & Financial Benefits** • Base Salary: 23,000–25,000 THB • A small, refundable security deposit is deducted during the 90-day probation period • 12-month contract (paid for all months) • Work Permit — support provided • Annual Salary Increase • Paid School Breaks (after probation): o April: 14 paid days (after probation) o Christmas: Approximately 9 paid days o All Thai public holidays paid • Health insurance (after 1 full year probation) • Morning & evening shuttles at specific locations **Position Details** • Level: Kindergarten - Lower Primary • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 07:15–17:00 • Teaching Load: Normal: 16–20 periods/week | Maximum cap: 24 periods/week • Subject-based teaching focused entirely on Chinese **Key Responsibilities** • Teach Chinese to Kindergarten and Lower Primary students in Chinese • Develop engaging lesson plans, practical activities, and standardized assessments (such as formatting exams for Grade 1) • Work collaboratively with the school's academic departments • Maintain a safe, productive, and well-managed classroom environment • Support student routines, behavior, and academic development • Participate in meetings, school activities, and assigned duties **Required Qualifications** • Native Chinese Speaker with excellent English communication skills • Experience teaching Chinese at the Kindergarten level is required • Bachelor's degree • TEFL, TESOL, PGCE, or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification is a plus • Patient, caring, and professional demeanor **Additional Notes** • 60–90 day probation period • Participation in up to 5 school events per year (may include weekends) • Visa & work permit support provided (details explained during hiring) **How to Apply** Email: [email protected] and include the following documents: • Detailed Resume / CV • Short introduction video • Copy of a passport photo page • Copy of a degree / diploma with transcript • Short covering email explaining why you are interested in the post Candidates who don't have these documents attached will not be considered.
