Business English Instructor

SPEP is seeking a full-time Global Cultural Ambassador / Business English Instructor to serve as a cultural ambassador, welcome guests to the facility, and teach Business English to corporate clients. The role includes operational and administrative responsibilities to support client company facilities and instructors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as cultural ambassador and warmly receive guests/visitors to the facility, following appropriate protocol and procedures.
• Teach Business English and deliver speaking proficiency enhancement classes (e.g., 1:1 coaching and small-group discussions).
• Perform operational and administrative duties for management of client company facilities (classrooms, labs, coaching rooms, storage of teaching materials).
• Handle logistics-related issues regarding classroom assignments and instructor/student notifications, coordinating with head office as necessary.
• Provide general support for instructors, including first-day orientations and monitoring/observations.
• Actively participate in planning and conducting regional instructor workshops.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of prior experience in the corporate field or teaching Business English.
• Experience and skill in managing people.
• Ability to work remotely and independently while being an integrated part of a coordinated team effort.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive, positive mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent follow-through and problem-solving ability.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred.

Locations / Schedule

• Seoul Secho Yangjae (서울 서초구 양재)
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Start date: April 1, 2026 (one-week training provided prior)

Salary & Benefits

• Based on 160 working hours: 2.91 million per month (KRW) — subject to change depending on lecture hours and office work hours.
• Housing can be fully supported by the company or an extra housing stipend of 400,000 KRW will be provided for E2 and F visa holders only.
