British English Language Instructor

Bangkok Glass Group (BG) is one of Thailand’s leading industrial organizations, operating businesses in glass packaging, consumer packaging, and related industries. The group is also the owner of BG Pathum United Football Club, one of Thailand’s premier professional football teams.

To support employee development, we have established an on-site Language Center at our Ayutthaya plant, dedicated to improving practical English communication skills for our workforce. We are currently seeking a passionate and engaging English Language Instructor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging conversational English lessons to small groups of employees (typically 5–6 learners per class).
• Help learners improve their speaking, listening, pronunciation, and workplace communication skills.
• Create a positive, supportive, and interactive learning environment.
• Prepare lesson materials and activities that encourage practical English use.
• Organize occasional English language activities, workshops, or cultural events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

Working Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 hrs.
• Teaching hours are approximately 16–18 hours per week.
• Fridays are generally reserved for lesson preparation, learner support, and development activities.
• No evening or weekend classes.

Qualifications

• British nationality (UK passport holder) is required.
• Native-level English speaker.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with adult learners, corporate training, or workplace English programs.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, professional mindset, and willingness to contribute to a growing language center.

Employment Terms & Benefits

• Contract-based employment (6-month renewable contract).

Interview Process

• Stage 1: Online interview via Microsoft Teams.
• Stage 2: Face-to-face interview at Bangkok Glass Headquarters, including a 10-minute trial teaching session.
