Young Learners English Teacher
About this position
English College Poland (PASE accredited), a private language school based in the Radom area in the center of Poland, is looking for EFL teachers of young learners to teach English to children and teenagers (a few adult classes possible).
Requirements
- A degree (BA or MA)
- English language teaching certification - CELTA, TESOL, TEFL or equivalent (minimum 100-hour course)
- Native-level English (standard, clear accent)
- Experience teaching English to young learners
- Due to visa, work permit and tax regulations we can accept applications only from EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand passport holders
Our Offer
- Full-time contract, immediate start - till June 2nd / 19th 2026 (with possibility of contract extension for another year)
- 24 teaching hours per week plus lesson preparation time
- Extensive holiday period:
- Easter Break - April 2nd to April 6th 2026
- Labour Day - May 1st 2026
- Corpus Christi - June 4th 2026
- Free intensive ELT/induction training
- Free ELT training and teacher development - a series of workshops throughout the year (stipulated in English College Annual Calendar)
- DOS team support - lesson observations and mentoring from experienced DOSes

- Small classes (4–9 students) and some one-to-one classes
- Extensive EFL library with learning and teaching aids
- Interactive whiteboards, interactive monitors, computers with internet and OHPs in all classrooms
- Good local salary - equivalent of average teacher's pay in Poland (flat payment every month)
- Pre-arranged single or shared accommodation (at a special school rate) with free stable internet. No pets allowed in the rented accommodation.
- Contract completion bonus of up to 1000 USD
- Free transfer from Warsaw Airport to Radom
- Visa and work permit reimbursed (if necessary)
