Year 4 Homeroom Teacher

Lamai International School in Surat Thani is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Homeroom Teacher to join our close-knit, community-focused international school. This is a full-time role offering a salary of at least ฿50,000 per month. The successful candidate will deliver a high-quality curriculum based on the British educational system and cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment aligned with our school values.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic instruction and manage the classroom effectively.
• Ensure student wellbeing and maintain open communication with parents.
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet diverse student needs.
• Foster a strong classroom culture with clear expectations.
• Accurately assess and report on student progress.
• Communicate professionally and proactively with families.
• Collaborate actively with colleagues and school leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.
• At least two years of primary teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high academic standards and student wellbeing.
