Darunsikkhalai School for Innovative Learning (DSIL) is a non-profit upper school located on the KMUTT campus. We are looking for an Upper School English Teacher to join our team and help expand our international programming.
Rooted in Constructionism, DSIL partners with leading global institutions such as MIT and Stanford to integrate cutting-edge learning frameworks, including FabLearn Labs and Compassionate Systems. We value hands-on curiosity, alternative education models, and empowering students to become self-directed lifelong learners.
The Role
- Teaching: Facilitate Project English and Core English classes (approximately 20–25 students per class).
- Community and Culture: Lead clubs, sports, field trips, term camps, and cultural immersion activities.
- Collaboration: Mentor young learners and support English development for local staff.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: Bachelor's Degree: 50,000 THB per month; Native English Speakers: 53,000 THB per month + EXP if applicable.
- Housing allowance: 5,000 THB per month.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and international experience.
- Genuine compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for progressive, hands-on teaching.
- Prior teaching experience is a plus, especially in alternative education, but is not required.
