Upper Primary STEM DT ICT Teacher

Mooltripakdee International School, located in Chon Buri, is seeking an Upper Primary STEM Teacher specializing in Design Technology (DT) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at ฿80,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Duties:

• Develop and deliver engaging instructional plans aligned with curricular outcomes.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs using child development and cognitive theory.
• Stay informed about current pedagogical trends and subject-specific information resources.
• Integrate technology effectively into lesson plans.
• Collaborate on lesson and unit planning in line with the school's curriculum, philosophy, and mission.
• Communicate with management about educational materials and resources.
• Participate in professional development activities.

Classroom Management:

• Foster a respectful, positive, and communicative classroom environment.
• Establish a learning-focused culture.
• Manage student behavior fairly in accordance with school policies.
• Implement effective routines for a structured learning environment.

Assessment:

• Use established criteria and standards for assessments in alignment with instructional goals.
• Clearly communicate assessment expectations to students and parents in advance.
• Encourage student progress and maintain accurate records of achievements.
• Use assessment for learning purposes.
