Upper Primary Math and Science Teacher

“Teaching is the greatest profession in life. Do you have the calling for this?” Wonder Valley International School, Hat Yai, Songkhla is seeking an experienced Mathematics and Science Teacher.

• Start work in July 2026
• Salary from B30,000 to 50,000 Baht per month, depending on qualification and experience
• Teach vertical groups of 15 students per class
• Full assistance is provided for visa and work permit in accordance with Thai law

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Physics, or other similar science degrees
• At least 5 years of work experience teaching mathematics and science directly to upper primary classes (knowledge of the Cambridge or English national curriculum is a plus)
• For non-native English speakers, a minimum IELTS score of 7.5 or TOEIC score of 870 is required
• Able to handle vertical group classrooms and integrated lessons
• Physically fit to work in an outdoor environment on a daily basis
• Flexible in the workplace and in thinking
• Strong technology skills, including computer programs such as Excel, Word, Google Suite, and educational software
• Understanding of child development and a love of working with children
• Committed to nurturing children and helping them reach their potential
• Enthusiastic, imaginative, nurturing, and energetic
• Respectful of and appreciative toward nature, and understanding of the importance of nature-based education

Teachers need to:

• Have excellent communication with parents, including organizing activities with parents on a monthly basis
• Contribute to the teaching team and participate in school activities other than teaching
