shanghai International creative course is urgently seeking a University IELTS Lecturer and a Short-Term Visiting Professor in China.

IELTS Lecturer Position

Location: Changchun City, Jilin Province, China

Start Date: 1 September 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver IELTS courses for university undergraduate freshmen and sophomores.
• Teach 16–18 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Native-level English speaker
• Minimum 1 year of relevant English or IELTS teaching experience
• Eligible to apply for China’s foreigner work visa (Z-Visa)
• Valid passport and required documentation for work permit application

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: CNY 14,000 before tax

Short-Term Visiting Professor

Period: September–November 2026 | 1-week on-site engagement

Locations: Jilin Province and Shanxi Province, China

We invite experienced professors and associate professors for short-term, one-week on-site academic training in China. The appointee will deliver training sessions for local university faculty and give public open lectures for undergraduate students. All teaching will be conducted in English.

Qualifications:

• Currently hold a faculty position (Professor or Associate Professor) at an overseas or Chinese university
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree
• All teaching and lectures must be delivered entirely in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted training workshops for local university teaching faculty.
• Deliver public open lectures for undergraduate students.
• Share international curriculum design experience, including course outlines, teaching objectives, teaching content, instructional methods, and assessment frameworks, to support local universities’ undergraduate teaching reform.
• Facilitate capacity-building for local teachers by sharing best practices for instructional design, teaching-method application, and formative assessment to help improve local classroom teaching quality.
