Teaching and Head of School Positions in Thailand

We are recruiting for three positions in schools in Thailand. All positions are available for an immediate start.

1. Secondary English Teacher – Nonthaburi

The school offers a stable, well-organised teaching environment with supportive staff. Curriculum, lesson plans, examinations and teaching materials are provided.

Job Summary

• Salary: 50,000–55,000 THB per month
• Location: Nonthaburi
• Start date: Immediate
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30–16:30
• Teaching level: M1–M6
• Full support with the Non-B visa and Work Permit
• Paid school holidays

2. Kindergarten Teacher – Near Bang Wa BTS

Kindergarten school teachers teach English-based subjects including English language, art, maths, cooking and science. Classes are approximately 30 minutes long, with around 5–15 students in each class. The school provides a relaxed, caring and supportive working environment.

Teaching Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing and delivering quality lessons
• Supporting the progress and well-being of students
• Completing regular student assessments
• Acting as a positive role model
• Supervising children during playtime

Job Summary

• Take-home salary: 45,000 THB per month
• Location: Near Bang Wa BTS
• Start date: Immediate
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00
• 12-month contract
• Four to five weeks of paid holidays
• Free lunch
• Visa and Work Permit support for degree holders
• Optional tutoring worth approximately 5,000–15,000 THB per month

3. Head of School – Western Thailand

A new international school offering a Finnish-inspired, child-centred curriculum is looking for an experienced Head of School. This is a full-time senior leadership position for someone who can lead the academic team, support teachers, and manage the school’s academic programme and daily operations.

Job Summary

• Salary: 100,000 THB per month
• Housing provided
• Location: Western Thailand
• Start date: Immediate
• Full-time leadership position
• Lead and support the teaching team
• Oversee the academic programme
• Support the school’s development and daily operations

Requirements

Requirements vary according to the position, but applicants should have:

• A bachelor’s degree
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or another relevant teaching qualification
• Relevant teaching experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• A professional and reliable approach
• School leadership experience for the Head of School position
• Current residence in Thailand and availability to interview in person
