Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in the subject matter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student success and holistic development
• Experience with a student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards
• Develop student-centered lesson plans
• Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress
• Participate in professional development and school events
