Substitute Native English Instructor

Daeil Foreign Language High School in Seoul is looking for a Substitute Native English Instructor to cover maternity leave. The school is located at 116, Seogyeong-ro, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

You will teach conversational English to first- and second-year students.

Qualifications

• BA degree or higher from an English-speaking country
• Preference will be given to applicants with E-2, F-2, F-5, or F-6 visas, EFL-related credentials, and prior teaching experience

Contract Period

August 12, 2026, to November 9, 2026

Work Schedule

• 20 in-class hours per week
• Small class sizes
• Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Daily lunch break included

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: 2,345,310 KRW
• Housing allowance: 200,000 KRW

• Paid leave during school exams and field trips
• Opportunity to teach optional after-school classes
• Outside employment is permitted as long as it does not interfere with your regular duties
