About this position
EPA! Español en Panamá is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and sales-driven Spanish Teacher & Coordinator to help lead and grow our Playa Venao operations.
This role combines teaching, sales, student experience, and local business development. We are looking for someone proactive who is comfortable generating leads, promoting programs, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach Spanish classes to international students.
- Generate leads and actively promote the school locally.
- Prospect and seek new sales opportunities through networking, local visits, partnerships, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with inquiries, prospective students, agencies, and partners.
- Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly enrollment goals.
- Welcome and assist students throughout their experience in Panama.
- Coordinate activities, student support, and school operations.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality and confidence interacting with international clients.
- Sales-oriented mindset and ability to meet enrollment goals.
- Organized, proactive, and customer-service oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Experience teaching Spanish as a second language.
- Experience in sales, tourism, education, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued.
- High intermediate or advanced English is a plus.
Location: Playa Venao, Panama. Playa Venao is one of Panama’s most popular beach destinations, known for its surfing, international community, nightlife, and relaxed lifestyle. It is located on the Pacific coast in the Azuero Peninsula, about 5–6 hours from Panama City.

Compensation: Starting from USD$1,300 monthly + sales commissions based on performance.
Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday daytime schedule, with flexibility required for occasional student activities or weekend support.
