Secondary English Teacher in Khon Kaen

Chumphaesuksa School, located in the Chumphae District of Khon Kaen Province, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of English Teacher in the Foreign Language Department. This temporary position is under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Khon Kaen. The school is looking to fill four English Teacher positions.

Responsibilities

• Teach English courses to students in Grades 7 to 12
• Work from Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30
• Teach at least 20 periods per week
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials according to the school curriculum
• Conduct student assessments in line with the Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551
• Provide remedial instruction as needed
• Support student participation in English-related competitions
• Participate in school activities

The school will cover visa and work permit expenses. The contract period is from 1 May 2026 to 31 March 2027.

Salary

36,000 THB per month for native English speakers and 34,000 THB per month for non-native speakers.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker or non-native speaker with strong English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Teaching license or permit preferred
• Non-native speakers must provide valid English proficiency test results such as TOEIC ≥ 780, TOEFL iBT ≥ 80, IELTS ≥ 7.0, or equivalent
• Under 55 years of age
• Valid passport
• No history of bankruptcy, criminal conviction except minor offenses, or disciplinary dismissal
