We are seeking a highly analytical, engaging, and dedicated SAT English expert to join our team. This is not just a standard tutoring role; we are looking for an educational mentor who can demystify complex reading and writing concepts and bring high-level analytical principles to life for our students. As our Lead SAT English Tutor, you will do more than teach; you will mentor, strategize, and inspire. You will work closely with high-achieving students to identify their blind spots, break down complex passages, and master the grammar and rhetorical skills needed to conquer the SAT English exam.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-impact 1-on-1 and small-group tutoring sessions focused exclusively on the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing sections of the latest SAT.
• Facilitate deep, exploratory discussions that dissect complex literature, historical texts, and scientific passages commonly found on the SAT.
• Give direct, real-time feedback on student writing and analytical work during practice tests.
• Design, refine, and implement customized lesson plans, diagnostic exams, and proprietary practice materials tailored to individual student needs.
• Carefully track student progress to adjust teaching strategies and ensure score improvements.

Ideal Candidate

• Deeply familiar with the SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing syllabus, including high-level vocabulary, rhetorical synthesis, and command of evidence.
• Demonstrates strong editorial skills, with the ability to deliver sharp, immediate, and constructive critiques of complex written arguments.
• Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated SAT English tutoring experience, with a proven, documentable track record of significant student score improvements.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier global university; a focus in English, Literature, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Native English speaker from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Already based full-time in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and keep highly motivated students engaged.
