Primary & Secondary Math Teacher

Glory Singapore International School has an immediate opening for Math Teachers. Applicants must possess a teaching license and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.

Positions & Salary

• Math teacher (Primary Level) — salary starting 38,000 Baht
• Math teacher (Secondary Level, with experience in teaching A Level Math) — salary starting at 40,000–45,000 Baht

Start date: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Design and follow a complete teaching plan
• Teach 20 one-hour periods per week
• Organize learning materials and resources
• Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
• Assess students' performance and progress regularly to ensure they are mastering the skills
• Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
• Cooperate with administrative staff
• Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
• Be responsible for ensuring the safeguarding of children

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of child development and current education theories and practices
• Creative and artistic teaching abilities
• Strong teaching and organisational skills
• Patience and flexibility
• Strong communication skills

Requirements

• Possess a teaching license and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
• Able to use computers and other technological equipment for instruction
• All applicants must currently be in Thailand and will be subject to a paper test, an interview, and a class demonstration. Applicants outside Thailand will not be considered.
• All applicants must possess a valid criminal background check
• Applicants must submit two references in the CV for a reference check. References will be contacted prior to shortlisting.
• Candidates will be asked safeguarding-related questions
