Primary Science Teacher in Chiang Mai
About this position
Montfort College Primary Section in Chiang Mai is seeking a native English-speaking Science Teacher for the lower primary level. This is a full-time position, open exclusively to native speakers from the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or Ireland, with an immediate start date.
Position Details
- Approximately 18 teaching periods per week
- Class sizes are capped at 30 students
- You will work alongside a Thai co-teacher
- The position comes with a 12-month renewable contract

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Mathematics, a related field, or Humanities
- TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred
- Some teaching experience, particularly in Thailand
- Proficiency in using computers and standard software packages such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and the ability to integrate technology into classroom teaching
