About this position

Darunsikkhalai School for Innovative Learning (DSIL) is seeking dynamic, flexible, and passionate teachers to join our English team at our non-profit school. We are currently hiring two Primary School teachers to teach either English Core or English Project classes for grades four through six (P4–P6) and to support the expansion of our English and international programming.

About Us

Our school, located on the KMUTT campus, is founded on the educational philosophy of Constructionism. We have long-standing relationships with MIT and Stanford University, providing access to learning frameworks such as the FabLearn Lab and the Compassionate Systems approach, as well as international opportunities for students and faculty. We believe in hands-on learning, curiosity, and helping children become self-directed, lifelong learners.

Responsibilities

Teachers will:

  • Facilitate English Core or English Project classes for P4–P6
  • Support the expansion of English and international programming
  • Lead and contribute to school-wide activities such as clubs, sports, and field trips
  • Teach English classes for Thai colleagues, run term-break camps, cultural immersion experiences, and participate in community events
  • Provide mentorship and foster a supportive learning environment for young learners
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Complete command of the English language (NES or NNES with proof of proficiency)
  • International experience
  • Compassion for children and an open-minded willingness to learn and try new approaches
  • Previous experience in education is helpful but not required; experience with alternative or progressive education models is a strong advantage
