Primary English Teacher in Chiang Mai

Montfort College Primary School, Chiang Mai, is looking for an active and reliable teacher to become part of the school's English Program. Montfort Primary is a beautiful campus school located near the river and Night Bazaar in Chiang Mai City.

2x Primary English Subject Teacher positions are available for a May 2026 start.

Note: This position is open only to native speakers from the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Ireland. Applications from non-native speakers will not be considered.

• Approx. 20 teaching periods per week
• Work with a partner/co-teacher (Thai nationality)
• 12-month employment contract (renewable)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or humanities
• TEFL/TESOL preferred
• Some teaching experience, preferably in Thailand
• Proficient with computers and standard software packages, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Able to use technology to enhance student learning in the classroom
