Primary English Teacher Bangkok

We are currently seeking a Native English-speaking teacher from the UK, Canada, Ireland, or the US for the Early Primary Years (students aged 6-11) at an international school in Bangkok, Thailand. This position starts in October 2026. School details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Responsibilities

As a teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing students' academic growth and overall well-being. You will be responsible for teaching various subjects under an International Curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (degree and transcripts must be on hand, notarized, and legalized before the start of the job).
• Classroom teaching experience in Thailand is beneficial.
• References from previous employers.
• Must respect Thai culture and values.
• Confident in teaching Grammar, Phonics, and Reading to Primary Year students.
• Ability to teach Primary-level History/Geography and basic science is an advantage.

Recruitment Process

• Initial Zoom Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview with the recruitment team.
• Reference Check – We will verify references with current and past employers.
• Face-to-Face Interview & Demo Class – Candidates who pass the initial interview will be invited to the school for an in-person interview and a 45-minute demo class, including lesson plan submission before the visit. Document verification will also take place at this stage.
• Teachers who are currently residing abroad will have an online demo class.
• Contract Signing & Relocation – Selected candidates will sign a contract and prepare for relocation near the school.

• First contract is for one year; the second contract can be renewed for one year after that.
