Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education in the relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (experience in an international school is preferred)
• Proficiency in English sufficient for teaching
• Ability to effectively organize the learning process and create a supportive educational environment
• Responsibility, communication skills, and a love for working with children
• Willingness to work in an international team

We Offer

• One-year contract starting from 1 September 2026 to 31 May 2027
• A tax-free salary of 17,000 TJS to 19,000 TJS (the school pays around 40% tax for you)
• One month of holiday pay in June
• The school will pay the cost of visa, residence permit, and work permit registration
• The school will help you find an apartment and will pay 5,000 TJS per month toward your housing
• Breakfast and lunch 5 days a week, except during holidays
• After 25 teaching hours, we will pay 100 TJS for each extra hour
• The school workweek is 5 days, from Monday to Friday, with work on Saturday if needed (for example, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, events, and holidays)
• Working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
• A return ticket is provided by the school, up to 14,000 TJS (7,000 TJS for a one-way ticket)
• Free internet access in the school
• 70% discount for one of your children
• Sick leave is awarded only when medically warranted. The employee is entitled to three (3) sick days per academic year at full pay and two (2) sick days at half pay.
