Primary EAL and Nurture Teacher

RBIS International School in Bangkok is seeking a passionate and caring EAL (English as an Additional Language) and Nurture Group Teacher for our Primary School, catering to children aged 5–11. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at ฿30,000 per month.

The successful candidate will support students in developing English language skills and assist those with additional learning needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted interventions, small group teaching, and individual support.
• Help each child access the curriculum and make excellent progress.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Support language development and differentiate learning to meet diverse needs.
• Work with class teachers, parents, and our SENDCo to promote inclusion and monitor progress.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the broader life of the school.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for supporting children.
• Experience teaching or supporting primary-aged students.
• Experience working with children who speak English as an additional language or have additional educational needs.
• A recognized teaching qualification is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or SEND qualifications.
