Job Details

• 7 positions for full-time preschool English teachers
• Teachers already in Japan are preferred

We are looking for professional educators with a sincere love for teaching who are passionate about instructing preschoolers and kindergarteners through a variety of play-based techniques and who support the expansion and improvement of the school.

Starting Date

June 20th, July 20th, September 21st, and October 5th, 2026.

Contracts are for 1-2 years.

Location

Niigata, Gunma, and Tochigi, Japan.

Employment Status

Full-time preschool English teachers.

Salary

¥220,000 to 240,000 yen per month before taxes, based on experience and teaching license.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of how to teach preschool and kindergarten children.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Teaching license or certificate preferred.
• Prior classroom experience teaching in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Solid understanding of ECE teaching methodologies.
• Design and implement engaging and age-appropriate play-based English lessons that foster curiosity and interest in students.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers in planning and delivering excellent English lessons.
• Lead or assist in leading a homeroom class and other school responsibilities.
• Attend all teachers' meetings.
• Strong creativity in arts and crafts, and the energy to actively engage and play with the children.
