Preschool English Teacher

Arkon Education Group is inviting passionate and dedicated preschool ESL teachers to join our team in Khujand, Tajikistan. This role offers international experience in early childhood education in a culturally rich Silk Road city with an affordable lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Create joyful, engaging classrooms for preschool-aged children
• Build children’s confidence in English through age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Deliver structured, active, and developmentally appropriate lessons
• Contribute to a caring and professional school culture
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in continuous professional development

Who we are looking for

• Native-level English speaker
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and professional
• Confident in working with preschool-aged children
• Able to create engaging, active, and age-appropriate lessons
• Interested in child development and early years education

Qualifications

• CELTA / TEFL / TESOL or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience teaching young learners or preschool
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
