Suratsawadee School (KhonKaen province) is hiring homeroom teachers for Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Primary. There are 5 positions for new classrooms.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Native or non-native English speaker
  • Currently in Thailand
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and able to work as a team
  • Passionate about teaching and child development
  • If you have TOEIC scores and a TEFL certificate, we will give them strong consideration
Responsibilities

Primary Teacher:

  • Homeroom teacher for a bilingual Primary class (6–12 years old)
  • Teach phonics, math, science, arts, conversation, and other related activities
  • Use a fun, play-based curriculum alongside the Able English Program, Origo math program, or Gakken science program (training provided)
  • Prepare lesson plans, progress reports, and teaching materials
  • Assist classes with Thai colleagues
  • Perform assigned school duties
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday 7:30–17:00

Pre-School Teacher (female):

  • Homeroom teacher for a bilingual Pre-School class (2–3 years old)
  • Teach phonics, math, science, arts, conversation, and other related activities
  • Use a fun, play-based, learning-by-doing curriculum (training provided)
  • Pre-school teaching experience is highly regarded
  • Prepare lesson plans, progress reports, and teaching materials
  • Assist classes with Thai colleagues
  • Perform assigned school duties
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday 7:30–17:00

Kindergarten Teacher (female):

  • Homeroom teacher for a bilingual Kindergarten class (3–5 years old)
  • Teach phonics, math, science, arts, conversation, and other related activities
  • Use a fun, play-based, learning-by-doing curriculum (training provided)
  • Pre-school teaching experience is highly regarded
  • Prepare lesson plans, progress reports, and teaching materials
  • Assist classes with Thai colleagues
  • Perform assigned school duties
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday 7:30–17:00

As a lead teacher in your classroom, you will bring energy, fun, and a caring disposition while following the curriculum. You will have your own classroom to personalize and decorate with student creations. Classroom materials are provided. Storytelling and singing are a staple throughout the week to create an engaging learning environment.
