About this position
HANA School of Arts, a specialized art and design institution in Seoul, South Korea, is seeking a dedicated Art & Design Tutor for its UAL Foundation Diploma Programme. The school supports students preparing to advance to prestigious art and design universities worldwide.
The programme includes foundation-level study, portfolio development, individual tutorials, and university application guidance. The ideal candidate will work closely with students throughout their studies and university preparation, delivering the UAL Level 4 Foundation Diploma in Art & Design programme in English.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Native English speaker residing in Korea
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Strong portfolio
- Previous experience teaching or mentoring students aged 16 to 25
Preferred qualifications include experience at UK art institutions, teaching at different academic levels, and professional experience in the creative field.
The position is part-time and freelance, based in Gangnam, Seoul, with a flexible teaching schedule and competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
