Online K12 English Teachers

We are looking for passionate, reliable, and experienced ESL teachers to join the Rhety Live Speaking team. If you love working with young learners and want a flexible, meaningful role from the comfort of your home, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details

• Remote / Freelance (Part-time)
• Contract period: September 2026 – June 2027
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 18:00–22:00 (GMT+3, Turkey Time)
• Up to 20 teaching hours per week
• Small group classes of up to 12 K–12 students

Qualifications

• A degree in Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field — or any undergraduate degree combined with a recognised English language teaching certification (e.g. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent)
• Preferably a minimum of 1 year of proven ESL teaching experience, particularly with children and young learners in group settings
• Confidence in managing an online classroom effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a professional teaching setup
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to student progress
