About this position
Our teaching team is expanding. We are recruiting experienced ESL teachers to join our online teaching team and become part of the EHL Academy ("EHLA") family. EHLA is an Asian education organization specialized in providing best-in-class learning solutions for learners of various age groups.

Online ESL Teacher (Online classes via Zoom)

Work Arrangement
Work from home. There is no minimum teaching hours requirement.
Responsibilities
- Teach elite writing skills, reading skills, grammar, and presentation skills.
- Conduct one-on-one and small-group classes of up to 8 students.
- Teach Asian students aged 8 to 18 years old.
- Each lesson normally lasts 40 minutes.
- The company will provide the curriculum and all teaching materials.
Qualifications
- Teachers who majored in English or Education at university, or who studied English Literature at secondary school and achieved excellent results in public exams, have a big advantage.
- Pleasant personality and passion for teaching.
- Native speakers with a British accent or a neutral North American accent.
- Degree holder, preferably TEFL/TESOL certified.
- At least 1 year of online teaching experience.
- Familiar with teaching via Zoom.
Benefits
Competitive pay: teachers are paid between $23/hr and $27/hr, depending on teaching experience, academic background, and class size.
